Upon receipt of the item(s) in a satisfactory condition (in original packaging with tags still attached) we will issue you the full refund for your returned items, or send out alternative items if you wish to Exchange. Items of the same value will be exchanged at no extra cost, however, items of greater or lesser value will require further payment/refund to the value of the difference as appropriate. We hold the right to refuse a refund if items are not returned in their original condition.
Orders shipped abroad
For orders to Europe please allow 2 additional weeks on top of the expected delivery date before we can consider the item lost.
For orders to the US and all other international destinations please allow 4 additional weeks on top of the expected delivery date before we can consider the item lost in transit.
With the current global outbreak of Covid-19 we have had to extend these estimates by 50% as all postal systems are struggling to work at full capacity under the new conditions. Therefore please be patient and allow 3 weeks for deliveries to the EU, and 6 weeks for deliveries to the US and the rest of the world.
All deliveries outside of the UK are sent tracked as standard, and the tracking number can be provided on request.
The same refund details above apply to international orders.
In the event that an item is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund once the delivery time scale outlined above has passed. Refunds can take up to 7-10 working days depending on the bank.
Unfortunately, due to customs checks, some orders do get held up unexpectedly and can result in being delivered late and repackaged carelessly. Our apologies in advance if this is the case.

Cancelling part of an order before dispatch we will refund the part of the order within 2 days, however cancelling part of your order may delay the dispatch of the rest of your order, though we will do our best to make sure it doesn’t.
Cancelling part of an order after dispatch will require you to follow our returns procedure in the Returns/Exchange section above which gives instructions on how to return items to us and receiving a refund.
