We have a 14 day return policy. There are no specific requirements to qualify for returns.
We are happy to refund your return postage costs for UK customers.

Upon receipt of the item(s) in satisfactory condition we will issue you the full refund for your returned items, or send out alternative items if you wish to Exchange. Items of the same value will be exchanged at no extra cost, however items of greater or lesser value will require further payment/refund to the value of the difference as appropriate.

The process of return is likely to take a few days, due to the time they take in transit, so it may be up to 10 working days before you will receive the refund or exchanged goods.

Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full within 2 days. Contact us at help@dancys.co.uk to cancel an order.

Cancelling part of an order before dispatch we will refund the part of the order within 2 days, however cancelling part of your order may delay the dispatch of the rest of your order, though we will do our best to make sure it doesn’t.

Cancelling part of an order after dispatch will require you to follow our returns procedure in the Returns/Exchange section above which gives instructions on how to return items to us and receiving a refund.
