We offer a number of delivery methods for our customers, some of which are only available based on your locality.
Handling Time
We aim to dispatch your parcel same day, where we can, otherwise we will dispatch next working day.
Customers in the UK
There are two options for those shopping from the UK. The first and standard choice of these is First Class Royal Mail delivery at £3.70. This method is selected automatically, however it is unrecorded.
We also offer Royal Mail Next Day delivery by 1pm for £7.50
If you wish to choose any of these delivery services, select it during checkout by choosing your country of delivery (UK) and pressing ‘update totals’, and then selecting your desired method of delivery before continuing to the payment page.
Additionally, for orders over £60 delivery is free.
Customers from Europe
For customers in Europe you have only one choice of delivery method which is shown once you enter the country of delivery.
This delivery method is Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, and should take a maximum of 5 days. Unfortunately this service is more expensive due to it being a tracked and signature service, but we have found it to be the most reliable and fastest method for delivering overseas.
The cost of this delivery method is £9.05
Customers from the rest of the World (International)
For customers in countries outside Europe you have only one choice of delivery method which is shown once you enter the country of delivery.
Again this delivery method is Royal Mail Tracked & Signed international, and should take a maximum of 5 days, but in reality can take up to 10. We have found that the this offers the fastest service, and added peace of mind by being able to track the order. Please email us for your tracking number should you need it.
The cost of this delivery method is £11.25
Selecting Europe/International Delivery
If you wish to choose either the Europe or International delivery services, select it during the checkout process by choosing your country of delivery and pressing ‘update totals’, and then selecting your desired method of delivery before continuing to the payment page.
As standard we offer UK customers Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 working days, however in some cases it can take longer.
This delivery is not recorded, and therefore does not require a signature upon delivery.
This delivery method costs £3.39.
We offer Royal Mail Next Day Delivery for UK customers requiring a speedier delivery.
This delivery method guarantees your parcel to be delivered by the next working day, if your order is placed before 2pm.
This delivery method does require a signature upon delivery. It also provides a tracking number and compensation of lost or damaged goods up to £500.
The cost of this delivery method is £8.35.
For customers in Europe you have only one choice of delivery method which is shown once you enter your country of delivery.
To do this enter your country of delivery on the checkout page in the drop down box, then press ‘update totals’. This should then show the european delivery method, and automatically select it.
Then continue to checkout.
This delivery method is Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Europe, and should take a maximum of 5 days, however this can sometimes take longer.
This delivery method is tracked, and should require a signature upon delivery.
