Our beautiful ties, bow ties and pocket squares arrived a couple of weeks ago and while they have been sitting patiently in boxes in Dancys HQ, we have been getting ready for the photo shoots.
We have several planned out! A ‘studio set’ (taken in a proper studio!) for all the website shots: clear, up-close photos of our stock on a smart shirt and a handsome chap. Luckily we knew a few handsome chaps who were happy to oblige in giving us their modelling services for an afternoon (although we did bribe them with bow-ties). Our other photo shoot is on location which will involve less of a white wall and more of a scenic shoot in London or perhaps a drink or two in a traditional London pub/gentlemen’s club. These are the pictures we intend to send to magazines and celebrities we admire in the hope of drumming up some publicity, I guess you could call them more editorial…
In the meantime a few of the team decided to take some test shots which turned out rather well! Basically, it turned into another photo shoot; handsome chap, tweed blazer, and countryside location. Could you ask for anything more? Oh, and a vintage car! Which handily one of the team owns. We are really happy with these, we’re now just hoping the other shoots are as much of a success. You’ll soon find out!
